JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setting up the ecommerce and digital marketing team including the standard operation procedure (SOP), strategies, KPI & etc.
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies based on the market research and business reviews to generate sales revenue through ecommerce channels and meeting company assigned sales target.
  • Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce performance including sales, pricing, listings content, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order fulfilment, after- sales service, customer service and etc.
  • Set up of operations in ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and website.
  • Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Research on the market trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Formulate and execute digital marketing demand-generation initiatives including but not limiting to road show, social media posting and live streaming, ads display, EDM, SEO and SEM
  • Develop online shopper awareness on the brand and support strategies that able to deliver company growth based on online shoppers and online customer requirements.
  • Develop, monitor and recommend improvement initiatives on business processes, customer services and ecommerce strategies.
  • Manages inventory (ensure stock balancing between online and offline), promotional mechanism (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc)
  • Oversee the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong return on investment.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure efficient and effective execution, leveraging support resources and standard operating procedures to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices
  • Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • At least bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Health Supplement / Food and Beverage in Manufacturing / Raw Material / Seasoning & equivalent.
  • Strong passion in eCommerce and business acumen
  • Positive attitude and have a change agent mentality.
  • Having experience in a startup business or launch new products would be a big advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok and proficiency in utilizing their features and functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge in digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketingchannels.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and possess the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to multi-task and possess excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams at all levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create new formula for food supplement.
  • Handling in product discussion acquired by customer and provide technical/
    scientific advice.
  • Source for raw materials from different suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot & research on raw materials to improve current formulation.
  • Ensure formulation is stable and safe according to NPRA requirements.
  • Excel in problem solving related with formulation issue and assist in client Q&A.
  • Track changes on ingredients list and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing the entire development process product within organization from
    initial planning to the implementation of production.
  • Team with others in research, quality assurance and production to ensure
    consistency of the product quality.
  • Manage product development timeline, cost and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and keep track of all the costs related to the creation of these new
    products and decide what ideas are worth pursuing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Food Science or equivalent field

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Propose suitable formula accoording to client and sales inquiry
  • Provide advice to client and sales inquiry and provide technical/ scientific advice.
  • Build relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Ensure sales collection target are met monthly.
  • Developing and implementing sales plan.
  • Troubleshooting existing and old formulas (in terms of quality, functionality, regulation), with sales, production, qc, and client.
  • Research on current market trends and competitor products and propose new ideas / products to client.
  • Conduct health talk, product health and nutrition training to internal / external clients.
  • Prepare write up on company’s products & health information.
  • Perform sourcing for new or alternative raw material / products.
  • Track and monitor changes on formula, record to database accordingly.
  • Perform marketing activities in creating engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement platforms (video shooting, products benefits, FAQs).
  • Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of company full set accounts.
  • In charge of reconciliation of AR, AP and GL accounts.
  • Handle payments, billing, collection, and accounting.
  • Ensuring the company’s accounts comply with company’s policies, procedures, statutory requirements, and tax compliance.
  • Arrange closing financial statements in coordination with the management, according to the headquarter schedule.
  • Responsible for preparing the information of all necessary reports or budgets required by the superior.
  • Prepare budgeting & Forecasting following the company’s requirement and datelines.
  • Liaise and deal with bank and internal/external auditors related to auditing, taxation and corporate secretarial.

    Training and Development

  • To work closely with Head of HR on all training plan and structure including onboarding, OJT, Career Development Plan, Succession Plan, and yearly training calendar.
  • To conduct a training needs analysis, assess gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of a learning intervention.
  • Assists in developing efficient measuring tool to ensure all delivered programs are continuously followed.

  • To assist in developing and implementing recruiting structure including identify the detailed criteria and requirement, selling / promoting vacancy through various channel/platform, screening and selection, interviewing and pre-boarding
